I just got my old Lenovo PC able to boot into the installation of MacOS Sonoma.
A little hard to tell you which board it uses, but it is a Ideacentre Y700-34USH. With an intel i5-6600 which should work with smbios iMac17.1.
I created the OpenCore EFI with OCSimplify and added some extra KEXT files to try to get MacOS installed. (and yes i added NVMEFIX kext but I know i'm using a SATA disk I read somewhere that this may should fix it but it didn't)
