What if we create a macOS version like “Sobert Leopard” after Intel support and security updates end?

Hello there, with Apple announcing that macOS Tahoe will be the last version to support Intel Macs, I’m wondering about the future of my 2014 Mac Mini, which runs Sequoia smoothly thanks to OCLP. I came across the “Sobert Leopard” project, a modified Mac OS X Leopard that keeps PowerPC Macs updated with modern apps and security patches. What if we had something like a “Sobert Tahoe” for Intel Macs? A community-driven macOS Tahoe fork that keeps our Intel machines alive with updated software and security fixes, even after Apple drops support. Do you think this could work? Has anyone considered starting a project like this for Intel Macs?
