I just recently installed macOS Ventura on my mid-2012 MacBook Pro. It features a 500 GB SSD and 16 GB of RAM, allowing it to run Ventura very well. I did this a few years ago, and it prompted me to upgrade to Sequoia, which I did, and it slowed it down quite a bit. How do I prevent the system from prompting me to upgrade to Sequoia? I don’t mind getting all the updates for Ventura, but I don’t want to upgrade to Sequoia.
