My Adapter which I bought from Amazon would let me use my HDMI monitor with my Mid-2012 13" MacBook Pro with Intel HD 4000 Graphics. When I updated MacOS on my Mac from Ventura to Sequoia the adapter would not work, I tried another MiniDP to HDMI adapter and an Apple Genuine MiniDP to VGA adapter which none of them worked. When I put a copy of 10.11 Yosemite on my Mac to ensure it was not a hardware issue and I was getting video output from Yosemite.
