Problem with my mac book air 7,2 2015 8gb ram and 120gb ssd mac os sequoia oclp 2.4.1 and slow to boot 2min and battery stay at 0% because is broken and i disconnected

How to fix this i disconnect my battery because is broken to see if this fix the problem and is not working i have the same slow boot avec graphical problem like dlow to load desktop wallpaper and powerpoint crash
