After restarting Mac Pro 3,1 patched with Monterey it’s stuck like this indefinitely.

I know I rarely get replies on Reddit but I guess it’s worth a try. Especially considering I’ve tried everything and couldn’t find anyone with a similar problem.

So anyone happen to know a way to fix this? Or should I just pack it up and return to El Capitan
