How do I add boot entries to OCLP?

Title

Sometimes I get an entry called “EFI” that disappears permanently once I reset the NVRAM. Is it possible to add a permanent boot entry? (e.g. “Linux”)

I already have OpenLinuxBoot.efi and ext4_x64.efi installed
