How do I use opencore boot hotkey via boot.efi?

The guide says hotkeys are supported for booting. I want:

- System to boot auto to Windows (if it has to be macOS, no problem) (AllowSetDefault already set to Windows)

- Hotkeys (like esc for boot menu, ctrl/cmd + r, for recoveryOS, ctrl/cmd + v for verbose and [forgot] to reset NVRAM) to work
