  I have an old Mac Pro 3,1 running 10.11 that I haven't used in years. I'd like to give it to a family member to replace their old core 2 duo desktop that they're somehow still using.

  I'd like to put it on Sonoma or Ventura or one of the other fairly recent MacOS versions to get some better software support. They're not particularly computer literate though, so I'd like for it to be as seamless as possible.... What's the best GPU option that's known to work well with a 3,1 and Sonoma/Ventura/Etc? I was thinking about grabbing an RX460 2gb for like $20? Preferably whatever the cheapest compatible option is on eBay, since performance doesn't matter because it'll basically just be a web browsing and Spotify machine
