weird screen after trying to upgrade my iMac 15 and failing, don’t know what to do and need urgent help

Hey, I tried to upgrade my iMac 15 to sequoia and fucked up.

It didn’t work because the hard drive showed an error (.10) and then I couldn’t leave the menu so I pressed command, r and p and now I’m stuck here and don’t know what to do. I’m new to this whole thing so I‘d be great if someone could “simplify” it for me how to get out of this mess. I’m really scared that I fucked up big time.

Help is greatly appreciated and needed!!!
