| I'm trying to install Sonoma on my late 2013 Macbook Pro (15" Retina Display). Using Open Core Legacy Patcher 2.4.1 I've downloaded the Sonoma installer, written the installer to my flash drive (actually it's a 64gb Samsung micro sd card in a USB card reader), I got the "Sucess" prompt. I've built and installed opencore onto the EFI partition of my 64gb card. Then when it's complete it prompts to restart while holding the option key. Upon doing this I see my hard drive, and EFI boot with the opencore icon. When I click on EFI boot the next option just shows my hard drive, and there is no "Install OS" option available. I've pressed space bar to reveal more options but none of them are install OS. I've tried an earlier version of opencore legacy patcher (2.3.2) and repeated all the same steps. At this point I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong, any advice would be greatly appreciated! [link] [comments] |
