Need help after update

I recently upgraded to the latest version of Sequoia and now I can’t get past the login screen. I normally use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and noticed WiFi and Bluetooth is disabled. I plugged in my wired keyboard and mouse and nothing works. I tried to boot in safe mode to apply the patches but it keeps booting to this screen
