[Help] With installing Hackintosh for Core2duo processor

Hi Guys I wanna install mac os (sierra - El Captian ) to this PC and its specs :-
Core2duo 3.16Ghz - 6M Cache.
4G RAM.
No external GPU.
160 HD.
the only thing i need to is Xcode :( Can i do that
