Installed OS Sierra on separate SSD w/ Clover. Can't get into windows anymore.

Hi r/hackintosh.

After a fair bit of research i've come here looking for some help as i've yet to find a solution. Solutions that I've found online detail what to do once OSX is installed FIRST. I have windows installed first. Long story short : I followed the 9to5mac guide on installing mac os sierra. Sierra works fine. I can boot up and applications work fine for now. I've experienced some graphical glitches but nothing major. (Sierra was installed via Clover efi v2a with following options checked off : "installed for uefi booting only" , install clover in the ESP and lastly drivers64 uefi). After reading across forums posts , my understanding is that windows cannot boot in uefi mode unless programmed so?

Problem is: I have 2 ssd's. I have windows 10 installed in my main ssd partition. I installed osx sierra on my second ssd but I can't get into windows anymore. When I boot my computer I get into clover and get the following windows options : Bot microsoft EFI from EFI , Boot windows from legacy HD1 , boot windows from EFI and boot windows form legacy HD4. However, none of them boot windows. I've accessed these same settings in BIOS but it fails to boot windows. I can get into the activation (I think thats the name) settings in windows which allows me to troubleshoot and access the bios but that is the farthest i'm able to get.

My question is : Is it possible to remove OSX from my second SSD and get my windows 10 up and running again? Is my windows 10 data doomed? secondly , is there a way to get them both working at this point or a re-install necessary?

Here are the specs for my computer GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H ATX LGA1150 Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
