I’ve tried booting windows thinking something wrong with cosmos but still same. I’m just trying to boot my clover usb and have that boot my Sierra installer on another usb as that’s how I installed before. And was gonna go for a raid0 setup but after not seeing my SSDs in diskutil list. I thought maybe I shouldn’t have changed the bios to raid yet. So I changed it back and now I can’t boot anything but this clover usb then plug in my Sierra and press enter I get +++++++++++ reboot instead of a verbose output like normal. I’m really stumped as to what I did wrong if anyone can help.
I did manage to store my OSs to a drive I can open on windows depending on my routes to fix this. I have 5 1Gb USBs I copied my clover efi to also so I have a clover that I know that can boot my system but for some reason none can get past the +++++++. Btw I don’t mind whipping out my current macOS as I was gonna raid0 and backed everything up already.
I was gonna take my Samsung 500gb that’s already partitioned in half with a 250 WD. Both SSDs and raid that, and have a 250 partition left over for idk long term storage as from what I’ve read it’s possible just make sure the other partition on the RAIDed drive needs to be hardly accessed as to not slow down the entire point of RAIDing two drives
