USB performance/response gets worse the longer my hack is running. Ideas?

Has anyone else run into this? GA z370 aorus ultra Coffee lake cpu Airport working via pcie adapter IGPU installed w RX 580 dGPU Opencore 0.5.7 System iMac19,1 I like looks like all my drivers and kexts on OC are at least letting me boot and work. The main symptom is the UI that pops up when changing the volume goes from super smooth to really laggy and jittery after the system is on for a few hour. I’m not seeing anything crazy in Activity Monitor which is hogging resources. And my issue doesn’t change even if I stop a bunch processes. Only a reboot temporarily fixes this until the next few how’s pass. I have never seem to have a maximum of 4 USB devices plugged in at any time, but it still happened with just USB keyboard and mouse. Possible my USB devices are being jerks? Logitech g510 gaming and a wireless mouse via a Logitech dongle. Making me nuts!! Any insight is appreciated. I can post any config files. 😊
