There is a time and date issue with the BIOS. The base system is a DELL 7010. I changed the time and settings in BIOS (UEFI) and restart without issue. When I turn of the power and restart problem persists. I was thinking it could be the CMOS battery. I was considering creating a DOS USB drive and trying to update the BIOS additionally, but I would prefer to not potentially create additional complications.
