Original Question: "Windows hiding randomly?"
I've been experiencing odd behavior with windows. Basically I have unrelated apps hiding themselves when I close a window. For example, I have a Chrome window open on my main monitor and FB Messenger open on another monitor. I press either cmd-shift-w to close the whole Chrome window, or cmd-w to close the window if its only one tab. When I do this, Messenger hides itself on the other monitor, for no apparent reason. I thought it was a glitch, but i replicated the issue, even when just closing the window with my mouse. I have no idea what causes it, and it happens with any combination of apps.
I am using 3 monitors, and I also have BetterTouchTool and Spectacle installed. I have a feeling its related to one of these things but I'm not sure. I can provide clarification in the comments.
