I was finally able to install Big Sur (as an update) on my newly created OpenCore/Mojave AMD system. It seems that I had to do the opposite re some of the info I acquired. System info; 3700x, Aorus x570 I WiFi pro, 32 gigs Trident NeoZ 3600, Vega 64, latest OC version, Big Sur.
