I needed to reinstall Windows 10, which is on a separate NVME. I did the following:
- Removed macOS NVME
- Booted from Windows 10 installer
- Deleted all partitions from Windows 10 NVME and reinstalled
- Booted Windows and then shut down
- Replaced macOS NVME
MacOS and Windows 10 both boot fine in that I can select the BIOS boot device and it will boot either macOS or Windows 10 as appropriate. But Windows no longer shows in my OpenCore boot menu. I didn't add it previously, it just showed up there automatically. So I don't know if or how I can re-add it to this menu.
