Original Question:
I'm currently running an i7 8700 running on a z370 motherboard, and I've been thinking about upgrading to a 10700k (and getting a z490 board to run it, of course). However I've been wondering if it's worth spending the extra money to get the 10700k.
My other components include a 1070ti, 16gb of 2400mhz ram (planning on upgrading this), and a 550w psu (probably going to upgrade this as well). I primarily use my pc for gaming.
