Original Question:
There's an issue in Catalina where in the keyboard locks out randomly (in my case, when pressing CAPS lock key) and no matter you unplugged and plugged in the USB keyboard it still locks out until I reboot my machine.
Note: USB ports work. Mouse with USB receiver work. External HDD has power and detected by the system after keyboard disconnects so it's not a USB port issue.
This problem bugs me for a week now and I think I fixed it.
