How to Fix Stuck with iGPU graphic acceleration and Wifi !

This mini-guide provides a structural approach to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Prerequisites

  • Confirm your hardware specifications (CPU, GPU, Motherboard).
  • Ensure you have a bootable recovery USB and backup your EFI.

Fix Steps

  1. Verify your network controller model (Intel, Broadcom, Realtek).
  2. Ensure the correct kext (e.g., AirportItlwm or BrcmPatchRAM) is loaded in your config.
  3. Clear network interfaces and reset NVRAM if changes don't apply.

Verification

  • Reboot and verify if the functionality is restored and stable under typical usage.

Original Question:

Hi everyone !

For my second Hackintosh, I wanted to make a Monterey (12,1) on my HP Pavilion 15-CS2022NB (

Wifi : Realtek 8821ce,

CPU : Intel Core i5-8265U,

iGPU : Intel UDH Graphics 620,

RAM : 16GB DDR4,

Storage.: 512GB NVME (with 310GB for MacOS, and the 190GB for Linux),

). I successfully installed MacOS, but nothing really works as expected :

- The wifi does not work even with the Airport kext,

- Ethernet works well (thanks god),

- I have no graphic acceleration (black dock, mouse cursor lagging, no animations...),

I read many times the OpenCore documentation about fixing iGPU, but nothing really worked. For the wifi, I don't know if I can do something because Realtek 8821ce are absolutely horrible to set up on Linux, so why not on MacOS too ?

Could you guys advise me something to make the iGPU and the WiFi work correctly please ? Thanks !

PS : If you need any extra information about my hardware, just ask ! :)
