Strange Problem since app. 2 Weeks

Hello,

I run MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2 with the latest OCLP on a Macbook Pro (Late 2013) with Intel 2.3 Quadcore and Nvidia GeForce GT 750M an 16 Gb RAM. Everything was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. All of a sudden whenever I do something video related (browser, VC software, even ARD) the machine basically freezes with high CPU load, mostly WindowServer and kernel tasks.

Any idea what causes this and how to fix it?
