GPU Acceleration for macOS Tahoe on Legacy MBA

Installing macOS Tahoe via OCLP-Mod is experimental. Currently, root patching for Intel HD 3000 graphics (found in MBA 2011) is not fully stable in early Tahoe builds.

Current Workarounds:

  1. Wait for Official OCLP: The main OCLP team usually releases stable graphics patches several months after a new macOS release.
  2. Use Sonoma: For daily use, macOS Sonoma remains the most stable version for the 2011 MacBook Air with full acceleration.
  3. Reduce Motion: In Tahoe, enable Reduce Motion and Reduce Transparency in Accessibility settings to make the unaccelerated UI more usable.

Original Question: "Tahoe installed on MBA 2011 but.... No GPU patch :("

Tahoe installed on MBA 2011 but.... No GPU patch :(

Thanks to OCLP-Mod by laobamac, I have managed to install Tahoe on my MBA 2011 but there is no root patching for my GPU yet :(
