How to Fix Q: Sandy Bridge HD3000 iGPU Graphics & OpenCore

Original Question:
REQ: I recently came into possession of an old Sandy Bridge build, a MiniBox M350 from the Chameleon bootloader days that I want to turn into an OpenCore project, with a more updated version of macOS installed (10.12 or 10.13).
The mobo is a 6-series Mini-ITX and the CPU is an i3-2125, which has integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000. I'm using the iGPU to drive my display.
In the Dortania Legacy Intel GPU section of the GPU Buyer's guide, it lists the kexts, plugin & bundles required in order to get HD3000 working properly.
I extracted these kexts, plugin & bundles from a Yosemite installer I still have, but my question is, where is it recommended to place them? I tried including them in my OC>KEXTS folder, but when I did a Clean Snapshot in ProperTree afterward, only the kexts populated my config.plist, and not the required bundles or plugin files.
I closely followed the Device Properties section of the Open Core Install Guide, adding the correct AAPL,snb-platform-id & device-id properties for my build. I also used the recommended iMac12,2 SMBIOS.
However, on verbose boot, I encountered an error message indicating that the SNBGraphicsFB kext failed to load, most likely because the associated bundles and plugin aren't loading. So perhaps the bundles and plugin should be placed somewhere other than the OC>KEXTS folder? If so, where? Or do they need to be input manually into my config.plist?
