The artifact is like those old school crt without signal.
It didn't happen yesterday, I couldn't install yesterday due to no Internet and Today I am stuck.
It recovers for a second after sleep and does that pattern again.
I had success with this machine in past with GT710, but I wanted to try HD4600 itself.
