Resolving Black Screen on MBP 2010 (15-inch)
A black screen after applying root patches on the 2010 15" MacBook Pro is typically caused by the automatic switching between Intel and Nvidia GPUs.
The Fix:
- Safe Mode: Boot into Safe Mode (hold Shift at boot) to bypass the faulty graphics drivers.
